Very satisfied. Only reason I'm not putting a 5 is there has not been a solid rain storm to test the sump pumps, but happy thus far.
Courtney and the internal team fielding my questions and calls were outstanding. Quick responses, detailed, very courteous. Highly recommend.
Good. Prompt follow ups, clear communications, good experience. Small difference between quote and level of service required, but Dryzone addressed it and was very professional. Good experience.
Extremely hard workers. Carlos and his team completed the job in two days where the second day was downpours all day. Carlos was easy to work with in terms of communications and follow ups. Good experience.
Clean up was solid overall. Due to the rain, it got messy in certain areas with mud, but not much the team could do to prevent it. I think if there was no rain/mud, it would have been a 5, but under the circumstances the team's cleanup was very good as there's no much they could do during downpours.
What made you choose our company:
After getting estimates from multiple vendors, I felt most comfortable with Dryzone for a variety of reasons: they are local, my neighbor recommended, and Dryzone's online footprint/reviews were all solid. In cases where there were negative reviews, the responses were not fluff and it showed a willingness to tackle issues head on. The sales presentation was very polished and professional, the documents shared before and after the install outstanding, and the internal production/install team were all top notch. Overall, my responses on satisfaction levels is a 4 on certain items due to the fact the system has not been tested yet with a good storm. Once that occurs, I'd potentially upgrade responses to 5s. Overall, it was good working with Dryzone.
