Curtis went out of his way to answer questions that I had, including one that involved careful checking for possible sources of cold air in the crawl space/basement. In this and all aspects of the service call, I have only the highest of complements to describe my satisfaction with the visit and my experience with Curtis.

Curtis was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. In general, I find him to be keenly interested in his work, and highly motivated to ensure the service is a success--both from a practical and an interpersonal perspective.

Curtis reported what he found and made appropriate suggestions; also explained how the pumps were functioning so I now have greater peace of mind

Curtis supervised and followed up on all work completed by a trainee who needed guidance; I was impressed by his supervisory abilities as well as his dedication to ensuring that the job was well done. He remained after the trainee had gone to the truck and he did a careful check of the job site. To me, this showed that he is an asset as a trainer and it underscored the quality of the service he performed for me. welcome
