Rick was amazing. He spent a lot of time at my house understanding my concerns and frustrations. Rick should get a 10, not a 5.
I requested your "A" team and certainly feel like I got it. The guys were professional and hardworking. understood my concerns and were patient with me through the installation process. hey worked very well together.
They left my basement cleaner than it was when they got there.
What made you choose our company:
The previous owners of my home had a system installed by one of your competitors. I did not receive very good service from them and each time their system failed they were only interested in selling me something new which did not solve the problem. Once I decided I was through with them I reached out to several companies and yours was one of the few willing to work with an existing system.
