Job review from John in West Dennis, MA 02670 on 02/16/20

I feel I was sold a product that is useless for my location. My door was attached to old rotted wood. I was expecting more for the cost of the system. My main concern is drainage. I pointed it out when the install was completed and the next day on a service call. It appears that the sump pump is sitting in water causing water to be pumped every two minutes. I expected DryZone to determine if the system was appropriate for my house. The service tech said he could drill a hole in the drain and add more stone. Both are useless and unacceptable. I was also told that if I touch it I will void the warranty. So as of today, I'm flooding out my neighbor who redirected the water flow onto the public road and now I'm told I'm flooding that. It's only a matter of time before the town catches me. I sure expected more for $10,000. I also have a small tear starting and some fasteners pulled out of the wall. I'm now trying to decide what my options are.
