Our experience with Dry Zone was exceptional from the first call to schedule the appointment right through the install and cleanup. The equipment that they used was top notch. We have two sump pumps in our basement now. One was installed before we owned the house and the other was installed by Dry Zone. The difference in quality is remarkable with the Dry Zone equipment being far superior to the other one. My husband is an engineer and very picky about these things and he is thrilled with what Dry Zone did for us. Great company and a great experience for us.
The installation crew was awesome. They were courteous and professional and took the time to explain the process and equipment thoroughly. We were very impressed with them.
The cleanup was exceptional. There was barely any residual dust and they had to jackhammer through concrete! They left our basement in perfect condition.
