So helpful and patient, very informative and did not try to oversell.
Everything she told me was true- service rep called and told me when he'd arrive. She was helpful when I called to pay as well.
Extremely knowledgeable, patient, very helpful in guiding me through what was going on with dehumidifier and other issues we have.
Told me how to use the dehumidifer to best get results, was realisitic in its functionality at this point.
Did what was needed, told me what would be needed in future.
Thoughtful in how he came in and out of house. Friendly with me, patient in using the phone and explaining to my husband what was going on and necessary.
