Overall I would say very good with just a couple of exceptions.

They choose the representatives that is, or very well, professional polite. And any questions asked or changes made was very cooperative and understood unexplained any things I could or could not do

Also Rick the salesperson was very thorough spent 3 hours explaining everything to me. It wasn't quite the way it had to turn out but even that I was satisfied for the most part.

Comment I had with your representatives is who I'm sorry I thought you were speaking about or the same professional flight understanding in Terrell
