So far, so good. We just lived through a monsoon and it is not leaky. I am pleased, but hold my breath as others have tried to fix it and failed. I am not vacuuming up water and bailing for once! I am so very happy. Thanks
The call rep was efficient and to the point. Arrangements were made clearly and succinctly. Nicely done.
Dan was wonderful. Showed up on time and got the job done pleasantly. Very good choice of employees.
Fabulous Kyle kept me informed of his coming. He worked for hours, taking no break or offered snacks. Pleasant, neat and very efficient and was nice to the dog. This is very important. I was very pleased with Kyle. Can I include pictures here?
Kyle took care of everything. I expected and awful mess but there was none.
