Really long wait time to get an appointment.
So informative and polite
Nick was great, but the fact I had to wait for a second visit with the owner is why I gave it a 4. It just delayed the process a bit when I already had to wait a few weeks for an appointment.
They (Emilio, Carlos, Kyle, Ricky, TJ) were great and my basement was a challenge! I was kept informed of the progress.
What made you choose our company:
I liked how you addressed the issue with the water coming in through the wall. Other companies just wanted to install a french drain, another company wanted us to find someone else to come in and demo the wall.
