Instead of water in the basement, it`s now outside where it belongs.

Very god at listening to the customers problems.

Len explained the problem and how it would be addressed clearly.

Emilio, Stephan, Carlos and Andrew were ALL top notch....they worked VERY hard. Emilio gives confidence that he`s done this a long time and "knows his stuff".Andrew had only been hired two days earlier but worked very hard. ALL were VERY nice and friendly. All FOUR of them deserve awards from the company. You have four competent hard working employees.

Cleanup went smoothly, Emilio kept asking "is it okay?...anything else you need?"
