Job review from Elyse in Plympton, MA 02367 on 12/01/17

I give a 4 vs. a 5 only because of the initial salesperson, who I felt was not qualified. I was pleased to learn he is no longer with the company.

I placed my call and they had a salesperson contact me immediately.

The initial salesperson was not knowledgeable so I contacted Erica in the office who listened to my complaints and provided great customer service by suggesting Supervisor, Derek, contact me. Derek was great, he had the professionalism and knowledge I had expected and re-quoted the job leaving no questions for me to ponder. Derek was flexible and his pricing reasonable. Also, Derek agreed to additional demolition work outside their normal scope. I had read many positive reviews of the Company so I did not want to base my opinion and decision on one salesperson's inexperience, I am glad I contacted Erica with my dissatisfaction.

Matt 1, Matt 2, Ricky and Emilio worked as a well orchestrated team. This Company should be proud of their "ambassadors", the team, at all times, were professional, hard working, and performed as they said they would. All tasks were completed efficiently and successfully from the time they opened my bulk head door, to when they closed it. They worked non-stop with many tasks being physical. I appreciated Matt 1 starting the job by reviewing what was going to be done, making sure all my expectations were going to be met. Since I do not micro manage services hired, I appreciated Matt 1 taking time through out the project to invited me to the basement to go over their progress and to point out what was completed and what his next steps were going to be. His timelines were always kept. I have a tight crawl space and personally I don't know how they were able to get around in it, but the final job looks great. The overall job went better than they expected, completing a estimated 2 1/2 day job in 2 days.

Matt 1 made sure my basement was dust free and all debris removed. Outside, Matt 1 and his team did a professional landscaper's trench that I can barely tell they had dug up for the drainage piping, even though the ground was almost frozen! The team made sure not to damage my irrigation system and to install the pipe where I wanted it. I had covered my belonging in the basement with plastic as instructed thinking I had done a good job, and the team reinforced with more plastic keeping my things truly dust free. I feel they left the job cleaner than they found it.
