Joe was great, he was very knowledgeable and was very helpful explaining what the process would be to get the water out of our basement.
Steve and his crew were wonderful, they worked from the minute they started the project till the final cleanup. We were very impressed with how quickly they got the job done and done right. All very hard workers.
Amazing at how clean our basement looked when the job was complete. Considering that the day before my basement perimeter was jack hammered before the trenches and drains were put in. Even the wall were washed down! Excellent job!
What made you choose our company:
We owned our home for 30 years and never had a water problem. After rains this spring we found a few puddles of water in our basement. We called Dryzone we got an appointment. Joe came out and surveyed our basement, which now had over an 1" of water in it, he explained what they could do for us and showed us a video. We loved the fact that after the work was complete we have piece of mind that our basement will never have water again. And if we sell the house we can transfer over the guarantee from Dryzone Basement to the new owners.....doesn't get better than that!
