Photo Album: Maynard, MA Finished Basement Gets Full Waterproofing System

Once a finished basement, ruined by flooding and water damage, these homeowners in Maynard, MA turned to DryZone to help solve a big problem. And our inspector, Michael C, was ready for that challenge. After a thorough inspection and discussing all options with these homeowners, the plan they decided to move forward with included our WaterGuard System, TripleSafe sump pump system, CleanSpace Wall basement vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier!   Our WaterGuard system is designed to catch and redirect water that typically enters through the foundation where the wall and floor meet, and the CleanSpace Wall barrier adds to that level of protection by capturing and leaks or water coming from the foundation walls and giving it nowhere else to go but into our WaterGuard system. This drains over to our TripleSafe sump pump system, that includes a battery operated back up pump in the event of power-failure, and is then pumped up and outside the basement, carried through the exterior discharge line.
