A customer from Springfield, MA was worried about the structural integrity of his home. The soil around his foundation caused it to settle as time progressed. Due to this, foundation wall cracks formed which led to a phone call directed to us for help! For this customer, we planned an installed PushPiers around this foundation to stabilize it in place. This helps prevent severe structural damages that are hard to recover from financially and emotionally. An immediate impact resulted in an immediate relief for this customer!
Steel Brackets Installed
We had to excavate soil around this home to gain access to the footing. This allowed us to install our metal brackets where the steel piers were driven down. Once the steel piers reached bedrock, the framing for stabilization was ready.

We used hydraulic force once the brackets were secured to distribute the weight evenly in order to stabilize this foundation.
