When this basement from Lincoln, RI kept leaking in water during rainfalls, the homeowner knew it was time for a solution. He needed a solution to waterproof his basement so that the dangers of mold and mildew growth don't occur. So our inspector created a plan for a production crew to follow. The plan was to install a TripleSafe sump pump in one of the lowest spots in the foundation, so that the water seeping in will naturally flow towards that spot due to gravity.
The crew began jackhammering a hole into the foundation to place the TripleSafe into, once that was in place, the foreman created a discharge line to go from the pump itself to the outside of the home, where the water will be dispersed. Now that the system was completely installed, this homeowner won't have to worry standing water!
