This basement in Northampton, MA was not in ideal condition as it was very damp and humid! This type of environment is where mold tends to grow, so to prevent this, we encapsulated the walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep any excess moisture out and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to dry out the air!
