There was a crawlspace in Scituate, MA that really needed a vapor barrier because the area showed signs of mold growth due to the humidity exposure. Any area with humidity can cause many issues, including the mold growth. That's why we completely encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier. To add onto that, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the relative humidity down.
