As time goes by, our sump pumps may need maintenance checks to ensure they are fully working. The issue this homeowner from Uxbridge, MA had was his system was malfunctioning every time it rained. Causing water to build up in one corner of his basement, near his appliances! Our inspector took a look at his current sump pump system and discovered how bad in shape it was.
