Puddles
These puddles of water were coming from the foundation wall on the right and from the floor cracks.
Wall Gets Fixed Up
We installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump at the wall where water was coming through. We also applied a piece of CleanSpace wall vapor barrier the this to avoid moisture issues.
IceGuard Attached To Discharge Line
This IceGuard was installed so that water will be able to exit the discharge pipe if the homeowner ever experiences a power outage, which happen very often.
