This here is the sump pump system. The system is attached to drains that guide water out of the basement to help keep the basement dry.
CleanSpace Product
Shown here on the walls is a white finishing that is a vapor barrier.This is called CleanSpace. It helps insulate a home from the elements outdoors. Its also mold and moisture resistant.
WaterGuard and Drain System
On the floor of this basement there is cement around the perimeter that shows the fill-in of the WaterGuard drain system. There is a drain system built into the ground for the excess water to drain towards the sump pump system.
