In Douglas, MA, we did a crawl space encapsulation for a home that was dealing with some water accumulating and moisture issues. CleanSpace vapor barrier was used to complete that encapsulation while a sump pump and dehumidifier were key tools to remove the water and moisture. Removing that moisture is key to preserving the structural integrity of the home as much of it is made with organic materials that can rot with too much moisture.
