Water Damage
Note the water damage on the floors from water leaking in the basement.
Installation
In this photo, note the SuperSump and UltraSump in the left hand corner. At the base of the stairs you will notice a TrenchDrain to collect water leaking in through the stairs. Around the room, where the concrete is drying, is where the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system was installed.
IceGuard
Shown in this photo is an IceGuard that was installed. This IceGuard is used to prevent clogging and freezing of the discharge line during winter months.
LawnScape Outlet
This photo shows the LawnScape Outlet. The LawnScape is where water from the discharge line is expelled away from the foundation of the home.
