Photo Album: Basement and Crawlspace Project in Quincy, MA

At this home in Quincy, MA the existing waterproofing system couldn’t keep up with the recent rains and water was seeping up from the floor, creating a lot of moisture in the basement and attached crawlspace.  To offer a long-term solution we added our WaterGuard system that connected to the existing sump pump as well as our TripleSafe sump to collect all the water seeping in. The crawlspace was encapsulated with CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SaniDry dehumidifier was added to the basement for total moisture protection.
