WaterGuard
The WaterGuard goes around the perimeter to channel any groundwater that enters at the floor/wall seam. This particular home had a radon problem, CleanSpace was installed a few inches up the wall and tucked into the flange of the WaterGuard. This would stop any radon gas from leaking out.
TrenchDrain
The TrenchDrain is a heavy duty grate that is installed in front of the doorway. It collects any water that enters the basement over the threshold and will direct it to the sump pump.

SuperSump
The SuperSump pump system is the heart of this system. It has a 1/3 horsepower Zoeller cast iron pump that has a mechanical float switch. This means it will activate automatically if water raises too high in the liner!
