We were contacted by the realtor for this home she was looking to sell. We gave her a quote to fix the problem but we were in a drought and there wasn't a need to take action at that time, in her eyes. A couple months later, in April, Rhode Island was slammed with 3-5 inches of rain in a short amount of time. Well, this Warwick basement now had a significant amount of water and was compromising the sale of this home. Jean reached out for us to complete the work with a partial system, TripleSafe sump pimp and a SaniDry dehumidifier. The buyers were happy and DryZone's services saved this sale for the realtor!

Old Sump Pit

This open hole in the basement had a submersible pump inside that was not doing very much for the water that was coming up through the floors. It wasn't in the low spot of the basement so the water wasn't even making its way over there.

All Done!

The TripleSafe three pump system was installed in the low spot of the basement and 58 feet of WaterGuard perimeter drain system will carry the water to the sump. The SaniDry is right next to it so that, too, can drain to the sump.
