Ken joined the DryZone Appointment Center team with over 25 years of customer service and dispatching experience, enabling him to provide our customers with the highest level of service that they deserve! Ken enjoys each opportunity to help every caller and providing them reassurance that they are one step closer to a solution. When he’s not at work, you can find Ken spending time with his family, hiking, or practicing his photography. He also enjoys collecting vintage sports cards!
