The Opportunity:

We are looking for motivated and professional Installers/Crew Members to join our construction crews. We provide our employees with quality tools, materials, and training to guarantee your success. We’re a member of the most recognized and successful home contracting network in the country, Contractor Nation, which provides an abundance of additional resources. All you need to do is bring a positive and winning attitude and a willingness to learn our process.

Compensation is a combination of hourly pay plus performance pay based on the amount of work installed each week – the more high-quality work the crew installs each week, the more opportunity there is to earn! Installers working on high performance crews make $50,000+ annually. In addition, there will be opportunities for advancement to co-foreman and foreman positions in the near future as we continue to expand.

What You Would Do:

• • • Work with our crews of professionals who install basement waterproofing, crawl space, foundation repair and products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations
    • Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job
    • Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
    • Provide a remarkable customer experience
    • Drive safely using a company vehicle

What We Need from You:

• • A valid driver license and ability to obtain a Mass DOT card
  • Skill in using tools and equipment preferred
  • Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
  • Ability to lift and carry 65 lbs
  • Ability to operate 80 lb jackhammer
