What you would do:

• Represent the company through telephone contact by answering calls and directing phone calls to the correct department
• Greet visitors
• Maintain printers/copier and supplies

• Preform outbound calls, mail postcards, pre-mailers and send emails regarding estimates, maintenance, and other customer-related issues
• Ensure all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence is accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure
• Perform administrative functions to support all departments as needed

What we need for this role:

• A dependable, resilient, customer-focused team player
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks
• Ability to perform accurate data entry
• Experience with Salesforce, preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish), preferred, but not required
