Key Responsibilities:

• Visit existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance and address warranty issues
• Diagnose and resolve any issues with our systems, providing updates and solutions directly to customers
• Recommend additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and system performance
• Ensure customer concerns are fully addressed and resolved, maintaining our high standards of service
• Uphold and support the mission and values of DryZone Basement Systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to enter crawlspaces, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl as required by the job
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are a must
• A genuine desire to serve others, both customers and teammates
