What You’ll Do Each Day:

• Prepare paperwork and folders for every customer
• Mail Pre-installation/warranty packets to customers daily
• Confirm upcoming installations with customers via phone and email
• Prepare Customer Projects for the installation crews daily
• Schedule installations for production crews’ schedules
• Function as an administrative assistant to the Production Manager
