TripleSafe Sump Pump Project In West Stockbridge, MA
Challenge
A customer from West Stockbridge, MA had owned this home for several years and was not aware how dangerous it could be to not own a sump pump system for his basement. It wasn't until he saw water leaking in more than usual, and it was creating puddles across the floor that was making the area feel moist, damp and cold! He wanted to waterproof the basement so he could have a peace of mind, because water in your basement can cause structural and health damages to ones home. In efforts to begin the process, we sent an inspector to the basement so a plan could be drawn up.
Solution
When the inspector arrived, he looked at the walls and saw how moist they were, along with the surface water just sitting around. The inspector knew two products that go well together to solve the problem, our TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard interior drainage system! Once the homeowner was informed that these systems will collect water seepage and get rid of it, they didn't hesitate to say yes. After, our production crew dug a trench surrounding the inside perimeter for the WaterGuard to be in, and jackhammered a sump pit for the TripleSafe sump pump. Now, this basement looks much more improved as this customer won't have to worry about water issues for a long time!
