Challenge

This home in Hyannis, MA had an old homemade sump pump that just wasn't really holding up well and with plans to sell eventually, a reliable system was needed to assure the new owners would not have any basement water problems to deal with. Selling a home with a history of basement water and no solution is hard to do, even one with a makeshift system. Most people are going to be hesitant buying a home without a professional system in place. 

Solution

Our inspector took a look at their sump pump and gave suggestions on what we could do to help them and get the home sold. They replaced the old system with a new TripleSafe sump pump and added Waterguard to the perimeter of the basement. Along the walls CleanSpace was installed to create a barrier to seal any seeping moisture from the walls out. A great setup for a new homeowner to feel secure with.
