Full Basement Waterproofing System Installation in West Springfield, MA

Challenge

A customer of ours in West Springfield, MA needed help with a very wet basement. She had been having water in her basement for some time now and had a sump pump already but it was just running all of the time. She felt there was something wrong and called us out to take a look.

Our customer was so impressed and convinced by our demonstration of how we plan to fix her basement that she asked us to do the work right then and there- when this happens we provide a special discount off of the quoted work and we call it our Preffered Customer Discount.

Solution

This basement required an entire basement waterproofing overhaul. We installed many products that will certainly work together to keep this basement dry! Take a look at the work we did at this location. It is certainly impressive work to be able to transform a leaky, wet basement into a dry space.

We covered all of the basement walls with our CleanSpace Wall System, we also installed some WaterGuard underneath the flooring and throughout the perimeter of the space. Our TrenchDrain was installed at the hatchway entrypoint, which we also surrounded with WaterGuard. We made sure that we installed our IceGuard to enable proper function despite freezing conditions. We finished things off with a SuperSump Plus and a LawnScape Outlet and Extension.
